In order to keep abreast of the high level of British and European legislation in this area the Corporate Office, in partnership with our professional advisers, provides practical advice and solutions. Employee representation is again handled on a site by site basis with appropriate support from the centre and the Company has established good working relationships with appropriate representative bodies.

Greencore Group companies are committed to supporting the Investors in People standard at site level where appropriate. Currently several of our companies are accredited and others are going through the accreditation process.
